This is a full body meditation of sensation! Using a combination of standing Fascial Maneuvers, Fascia Flossing and Pilates Mat exercises coordinated with your breath we’ll remove chronic stress and stored trauma from the body, mind and spirit. Using the power and presence of your breath we’ll unwind, release, melt, and rejuvenate from the inside out! Connect to your wellspring of health and vitality! Add spring resistance to your mat practice! Need more challenge or more support? The Tower has springs, handles, loops, and bars that meet you where you are! This is a great way to build strength and get the added support or challenge your body is asking for. (4 People Max.)

This apparatus has spring resistance attached to a gliding carriage with pulleys to assist and challenge your body in new ways. Reformer lessons are offered by private instruction.
